Terms and Conditions
The agreement between you and Karve Digital for using Navbatly. Please read it before you create an account.

These terms
Navbatly is provided by Karve Digital, Building A2, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ([email protected]). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Karve Digital, and "you" means the person using Navbatly and the business they use it for.
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Karve Digital's own website has its own terms; where you have a separate signed agreement with us, it takes precedence for that engagement.
The service
Navbatly is a support desk for agencies and freelancers: clients and their contracts, tickets, logged time, monthly reports, request links for clients, Client Clock and an MCP server for AI assistants. You use it as a team, which can be just you.
Accounts and teams
Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password, passkeys and recovery codes safe, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
A team's owners and admins decide who joins it and with which role, and are responsible for the people they invite and for what the team records.
Acceptable use
Use Navbatly lawfully and for your work with your clients. Do not use it to send spam or to email people you have no business with, to store or share anything unlawful or anything you have no right to, to upload malware, to try to reach other teams' data, to overload or attack the service, or to get around its limits or security.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other people at risk.
Your data
What you and your clients put into Navbatly belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and send it only as needed to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.
You are responsible for having the right to record your clients' and their people's details, and to email them through Navbatly. For their personal data you are the controller and we process it on your behalf.
AI assistants
You can connect an AI assistant through Navbatly's MCP server. It acts with your access and your role's permissions, so whatever it does counts as done by you. You choose the assistant, you are responsible for connecting it and for its provider's terms, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Fees
Navbatly may introduce paid plans. We will tell you before any charge applies to you, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. To ask about plans, email [email protected].
Changes to the service
We improve Navbatly all the time, so we may add, change or remove features. Where a change takes away something you rely on, we will try to tell you in good time.
Availability
We work to keep Navbatly running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without promising it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; you can export a month's hours and time entries as CSV.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for Navbatly in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending your account
You can stop using Navbatly at any time: delete your account in your profile settings, and owners can delete a team. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law or the risk to others does not allow it. What happens to the data afterwards is in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Changes to these terms
We will post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we will tell account holders by email before it applies; using Navbatly after that means you accept it.
